The Kramerica Gives Student Leadership Program was launched in 2018 to provide high school students with leadership and opportunities to empower them to live up to their full potential. The program was launched with four key components; Leadership, Mentorship, Community Involvement, and Scholarships.
Leadership: student meetings consists of a variety of hands-on and engaging experiences like team building exercises, different guest speakers, public speaking, leading activities, social action, and small group discussions on important topics. Students are encouraged to break out of their comfort zones to foster self-confidence and to provide a readiness for life after high school.
Mentorship: Each student in the program is paired up with an adult mentor that can provide feedback and share the experiences that they went through in high school and college. Most importantly, the adult mentors are there to listen to them and support them.
Community Involvement: student leaders have the opportunity to volunteer with a variety of organizations in Colorado. They are also encouraged to support and engage in fundraisers, get involved with community leaders, and be an ambassador for many Kramerica Gives events.
Scholarships: students who meet all the program requirements will be awarded scholarship money, which can be used for college or another post-secondary goal.
