Jason Buijs (Chair)Jason is an entrepreneur who has many interests and enjoys thinking outside the box. The outdoors, reading about current events, and giving back are several of his interests. He remembers and admires that he always had mentors growing up to help him along the way and hopes he can return the favor by being involved in Kramerica Gives.

Mike Bruce (Vice Chair)Mike is a Colorado Native and the lead Realtor of Bruce Homes Colorado at Keller Williams Realty Downtown. Mike has also been involved in the Leadership Council at Keller Williams Realty Downtown and held the North Area Chair for DMAR`s Board of Directors. He enjoys family and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. On his downtime, he can be found biking, fishing, snowboarding, and just about anything Colorado has to offer!

Keylen Villagrana (Secretary)Keylen obtained her B.A. in Journalism and Communication from the University of Denver. She is passionate about giving back to the Latino community and embracing her Mexican roots as a first-generation graduate. Keylen has worked for the Better Business Bureau Serving Denver/Boulder as the Marketing and Media Coordinator with an emphasis on the Hispanic Market. Her focus is on expanding awareness of services by building partnerships with local non-profits and media outlets aimed at advancing the progress of the Latino community. Born and raised in West Denver, she makes it a personal goal to help future generations believe in their potential.

Andrea Manion (Treasurer)Andrea is a Colorado native who has lived in Englewood since 2003. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Regis University and a master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Denver. After a decade of experience in various roles with government, public, and corporate accounting, she established her own company Manion & Associates LLC in 2014 to help aid individuals, nonprofits, LLCs, sole proprietors, and corporations with managing their tax filings and keeping accurate books. Andrea is also a Certified ProAdvisor with QuickBooks and is a consultant and facilitator with the Pikes Peak Small Business Development Center. When Andrea is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her husband and son, Daniel.

Ivette “Michelle” Silvestre
Ivette is a first-generation graduate from Metropolitan State University and has worked for Children’s Hospital Colorado for over six years under population health. Her main goal is to support families and break down social barriers to access health. In addition, Michelle is committed to supporting individuals to grow and support them. Michelle is the oldest of four siblings and a natural leader. Michelle enjoys family time, exploring new places, and being social. Michelle is not only a former member of the program but believes in the mission and vision, as she knows it will make a difference in students’ lives.

Mark EllisMark is an experienced HR/People professional with over 10 years of working in a variety of industries including education, government, technology, as well as start-up companies. He has a passion for challenging the status quo, advocating for employees, and increasing accountability at all levels within an organization. In his spare time, you can find him traveling, hiking, playing tennis or pickleball, and playing with his pup! Mark's goal is to help students gain long-term skills that will allow each student to pursue their dreams.

Angela PrestonAngela was born in New Mexico but has resided in Colorado since 2006. With a background in Human Resources, she sees the value in exposing these individuals to leadership development, service opportunities, and career exploration to help them establish a plan and a path to potential success in their future. She is thrilled to be a part of an organization that helps bring amazing life-changing opportunities to kids of diverse backgrounds and economic statuses to help prepare them for life after high school.

Tim LaneOriginally from Michigan, Tim has lived in the Denver area for 29 years. Now retired, Tim worked for over 30 years with the non-profit, international educational youth program, Up with People. In addition to managing and directing various aspects of the organization, he mentored over 2,000 high school and college age students from over 30 countries. Father of two sons and nine grandkids, Tim now spends time with his family and visiting friends and family throughout North America. His passion is to help the growth and development of young leaders continues with supporting the Kramerica Gives mission.
