Congratulations to our 2021 Kramerica Gives Scholarship recipients!
Feaven plans to attend the University of Northern Colorado with an interest in international affairs. Feaven expresses that the opportunities available in college will support her in taking the next steps into adulthood and her future career, all of which are critical in her life. Feaven's favorite part of Kramerica Gives was the End of year Student Leadership Meeting.

Samaneh plans to intend the Community College of Denver with an interest in psychology. Samaneh explains, " My life will be incomplete without college with all the effort I have given to get here. This will be the beginning of my new life, my future, and to give hope to a new generation." Samaneh's favorite part of Kramerica Gives was that the volunteering always made her lighter in her heart and something she wants to continue doing.
Favorite quote: “Nothing is a great loss for me. Whatever was meant for remained, whatever was not meant for me, left.”
Hannah plans to attend the Sweet Briar College in Virginia with an interest in Archeology or Business. Hannah shares, "It’s always been a dream of mine since elementary school. I worked really hard and so excited that I got in." Hannah's favorite part of Kramerica Gives was having a mentor who is there to talk to whenever you might need them. "It might be at the end of the meeting or another time and it’s nice to know they are there for you."

Mariam intends to attend the Community College of Aurora with an interest in psychology. Mariam expresses, "I believe mental health is an important crisis of our society and is gradually getting more sophisticated. So, I believe by becoming a psychologist, I can bring a positive change to the world." Mariam's favorite part of Kramerica Gives was that it helped her boost her self-confidence and public speaking skills. "It felt like a second home."

Isaac intends to attend the Williams College in Massachusetts with interests in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, and Philosophy. Isaac wants to pursue a career in academia.
Isaac's favorite part of the program was mentor time and all the conversations he was able to have with his mentor and will continue to have. "It meant a lot to me."

Jonatan plans to attend the Washington University in St. Louis with an interest in Mechanical Engineering. Jonatan tells us, "I am going to college to learn more about the world around me, meet people with different ideas than my own, and challenge myself." Jonatan's favorite part of Kramerica Gives was also the mentoring. "I loved having a perspective from someone who was not in my family to help me navigate my high school years."

Ama intends to attend the University of Colorado in Denver with an interest in Biology Pre-Med. Ama will attend college to gain access to a more advanced education that she will use to further in her journey to success. Ama's favorite part of the leadership program was the mentorship because of the "unconditional support the mentors gave all of us to achieve our dreams."
Favorite quote: “If you can’t fly, the run. If you can’t run, the walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”
